If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through their official dispute resolution process, as the competent regulatory authority.
If PAGCOR mediation does not resolve the dispute, either party may submit the matter to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines.
